High Tea Packages
We have put together a number of packages for your next special event, whether you're celebrating a bridal shower, baby shower, or your child's birthday.
For other special occasions, please talk with one of our friendly members of staff about holding your function at high societea.
We have a private air-conditioned function room, which seats up to 30 guests. Our covered courtyard area can seat groups of up to 40 during any of our sittings.
For private cocktail-style functions outside of our regular opening hours, we can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Bridal or Baby Shower
high societea is one of Brisbane's premier choices for bridal showers and baby showers.
Our Saturday sittings are often booked out weeks - sometimes months - in advance. Book early to avoid disappointment.
For $35.00 per person (minimum of 15 guests), your special day will include:
- Private air-conditioned room,
- Antique china tea sets & silverware,
- Decadent 3 tiered High Tea Stand with a selection of savoury & sweets,
- Complimentary glass of Pimms,
- Bowls of fresh homegrown roses,
- Beautiful white linen cloths & napkins,
- No corkage.
Please note we require a $100.00 deposit upon booking, with final numbers required 48 hours prior to your event.

Birthday Tea Party
Why not celebrate your little girl's birthday at high societea?
For children 10 years and under, our birthday package is available 9.00 - 11.00am Saturdays (and school holidays), and includes:
- Party invitations,
- Magic Marionette Theatre Show
- Personalised Dolly Varden birthday cake,
- Gift for each guest,
- Delicious sweet and savoury party fare,
- Traditional raspberry spider.
The price of our package is $550 for 12 children (each additional child $20).
Please note that we require full payment upon booking, with final numbers required 24 hours prior to your event.
